Our award winning children’s programs help your child live their best life. Through our age specific martial arts classes children learn personal protection techniques for self-defense, self-awareness to stay safe in stranger danger situations, and develop the ability to set goals plus use determination to achieve those goals. Children also learn to listen better and follow directions the first time resulting in better grades and happier parents! Many children in today’s world are not active and only socialize through screens and mics. Our programs promote being a healthy, active child while encouraging communication and teamwork with their classmates to help each other succeed. It is not just for kids! We offer separate adult classes so Mom and Dad can participate too!

We have 3 different age specific programs available. Our ATA Tiger program is for children ages 3 to 6. Our Karate Kid program is children 7 to 12. Our Teen/Adult Martial Arts is for ages 13 and up. Each group has at least 3 classes available to choose from. Students attend a maximum of 2 classes fit their schedule best each week.
